Founded by Adam Doty, Roaming Joe Coffee was brewed from a deep love for community, creativity, and, of course, a great cup of coffee. Adam is a trained barista and proud Air Force veteran, bringing over 10 years of service — and the precision, discipline, and attention to detail that came with it — into every cup he crafts. From dialing in espresso shots to steaming milk just right, quality is never compromised.

After years in the corporate world and a lifelong love for photography and storytelling, Adam shifted gears to build something hands-on, heartfelt, and mobile. What started as a dream became a fully restored trailer turned coffee bar, designed to bring consistently excellent lattes, local flavor and heart to every corner of town.
